Having downloaded HomingBeacon an set it up. What does it actually do?
As far as I can see it just shows my current dynamic IP. So what? I can get that anywhere. It does not change my dynamic IP?

The problem is my ADSL provider Speedy hands out blacklisted IPīs from the worlds spam black lists and my domain host refuses any e-mail I send.
Anyone know how I can get around this?
