If you have registered any domains with Network Solutions/ VeriSign we are able to move them to your account at ChangeIP.com for free. This is because we are a VeriSign premier partner and utilize their XML API for real time registrations and management right from our site. This means that you no longer need to deal with VeriSign directly nor pay the high prices they charge. (Shhhh, don't let them know we said that!)

To perform what's called a Channel Transfer of your NSI/VeriSign domains:

1. Make sure you have a handle on our system that you can assign to the domain. This will be used for the registrant. We cannot reuse the existing handle because it was created in the retail side of things.

2. Email [email]Support@ChangeIP.com[/email] the list of domains along with the handles that you would like them to be assigned to.

3. The process can take anywhere from 5 minutes to a few days. The registrant on file will get an email within a few minutes asking for confirmation. This email will come from VeriSign.

4. Click on the link in the email that was sent to you. This will take you to a website that you will be asked if you approve or not.

5. Once approved you domain(s) will be in your account just like any other domains you have registered with us.

Your domains will be renewed at our prices from then on - EXCELLENT!
