Could not add a subdomain to a domain

I've added a domain named test2.com and a subdomain inside, named test1.test2.com. Also i tried to add www.test1.test2.com as a subdomain of test2.com but it gives me an error.

Can anybody help me about this?

Hello,

Add 'test1.test2.com' as a parent domain, just like its a new ddns domain. Then make sure you do not have a 'test1' hostname in the original ddns domain otherwise it will conflict. Once added, email support@changeip.com and we will extend the domain expiration to match that of the parent domain.

The next version of the website will do this automatically. Cant wait : )
