I am a recent owner and have muddled thru several challenges and have most of my system set up. I am still having problems with one aspect.

I have a dish network DVR with 2 tuners. One is ir and one is rf.
1) Is there anyway to configure the on-screen remote for rf?
2) On the ir tuner, I can not access my dvr.

Any ideas?
