I need help my internal keyboards letters disappeared and all was left are dots...I tied resetting but nothing happen.

Maybe try upgrading the firmware again........it might help... if not you will need to contact the LF Support and have them service/troubleshoot it. What model do you have?

LF-X1 , Unfortunately you can not re-install firmware. sony repair center had it for few days now......

OK, keep us updated how the repair goes. Usually the service is pretty good in CA.

The technician said they reset the unit and re install ver 1.09 firmware........
