I've been dealing with this problem for over a year and I never get an answer as to why and how it can be corrected!! After sending an email with an attachment over 2MB, all my email accounts are restricted from sending emails for 1 day. Yes, I have plenty of space alotted to my mailboxes. It locks up emails for all of my addresses, on all 3 of my domains with ChangeIP. I keep having to request support tickets. It mysteriously gets fixed with no reply or comment. Then it happens again the next time I send a large attachement.

Outlook says it could not send using any of my email accounts. ChangeIP webmail says "we do nto relay".

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? CAN YOU PLEASE FIX IT??? CAN I GET AN ANSWER??? This is hugely annoying because I need my email to work!!

As usual, no comment nor reply from ChangeIP support. This is frustrating as hell.

Hello,

What is the mailbox size that you have on the mailbox that is sending? Also, a 2mb attachment ends up being about 3.5mb once sent because of the base64 encoding, etc ...

The relay quotas reset at midnight PST automatically ... if you need to bump up the storage to handle the outgoing messages you can do so at any time by allocating more space to the mailbox.

If you think you have enough space and its still a problem email support with your userid and your email address thats getting the problem and we will look into it. . . We don't remember seeing any support tickets recently about this - did you email support?

Thx

...to the mailboxes I use to send larger attchments. One mailbox is 10MB. The other is 8MB.

I've set up tickets and emailed requests on this issue SEVERAL times in the last 1 1/2 or 2 years. The first time it happened, I bought more space, but it kept happening. I got tired ot requesting support after a while. By the time you guys reply, it had already rolled over into the next day and automatically reset. But by then, I had spent a whole friggin day aggrivated because I couldn't send any emails from any of my addresses on any of my domains. With the volume of customers I have emailing me everyday, can you imagine having to copy and paste email bodies and addresses into a Yahoo email just to reply to customers?!

I dont' even send attachements over 3MB using your mailboxes anymore because I gave up on that. But it seems to happen sometimes even when I send attachments over 2MB. In this day and age, a 2MB attachment isn't too much to ask.

What amount of storage should I have in order to be able to send a 3MB attachment? If a mailbox exceeds the size limit, why do you have to block sending form all mailboxes on all domains? Why is it blocked for an entire day?

I already send you guys a 2 tickets on this in the last 2 days. Just like so many other times, I entered my email address, my username, my problem and I get nothing.
