What server name for dynamic DNS set up in MultiTech router?

I am setting up dynamic DNS in a MultiTech 550 VPN router. On the dynamic DNS setup page there is a prompt for "Update Server". Examples given for this field are "Members.DynDNS.org" and "Members.OrgDNS.org". Can someone tell me what I should use to point to ChangeIP.com for my dynamic DNS services?

You should be able to use 'nic.changeip.com' as the server name.
