Using the Email Console, can you REDIRECT email AND keep a copy in the local mailbox?

For example: Susie@aol.com sends an email to an address stored on changeip.com called, website@clc.org. The address, website@clc.org is REDIRECTED to joe@yahoo.com. However, Joe my not want to reply using his joe@yahoo.com account. Instead he elects to log onto http://webmail.changeip.com and reply to Susie's email. This way Susie will have an email from website@clc.org.

My issue is….I'm not able to REDIRECT and keep a COPY in website@clc.org's mailbox. When I set the REDIRECT & COPIES TO functionality up with emails, I don't receive any email in my webmail box.

Let me look into this - I thought it would work both ways... If you don't hear back in the forums please open up a ticket at Support@ChangeIP.com so we can track the issue.
