Can I authorize more than 1 computer to read from locationfree base?if so how? now it kept on telling me that I can only do 1 :(

You can register up to 5 devices to your Locationfree Base (third gen registers up to 8: LF-B10, B20 boxes).
You just need to have different licenses installed on your notebooks.
