new error: security certificate cannot be verified

The certificate's CN name does not match the passed value.

i'm using outlook, it does it once, at the beginning of each session.

any ideas?

just started a few days ago, maybe a week... i figured it would go away... but not yet.

Hello,

Which URL are you using to access webmail? If the name is not http://webmail.ChangeIP.com/ you will receive that error. I will check into the cert to make sure everything else is okay - I am guessing it might be because you are using a different name to access it?

thanks. i was using pop3.changeip.com, like always. i changed it and all seems ok now. thanks
