Hi,

I'm having a problem with the display of the WebMail interface: all the labels, command links, drop-down list contents, etc have changed to a different unreadable character set. For example, the top menu reads

ÇÓÊÞÈÇá ÇáÑÓÇÆá | ÇáÑÓÇÆá ÇáÌÏíÏÉ | ÇáãÌáÏÇÊ | ÏÝÊÑ ÇáÚäÇæíä | ÅÚÏÇÏÇÊ

The message list and the contents of emails appear correctly though in readable english (!), so I don't think it's a brower setting problem.

This problem appeared suddenly after serveral days of correct operation.

I'm running IE 6.0 SP1

This sounds like your webmail settings got set to another language. The webmail that we provide can use about 5-10 different languages - maybe the settings got changed somehow. Let me know your email address via [email]Support@ChangeIP.com[/email] and we will log in and make it all english again.

Sam,

I've solved the problem thanks to your post - your guess was right.

By trying out the different links at the top of the page, I found the Settings page - the language was set to Arabic! Don't know how that happened, maybe I changed it accidentally, changing back to English makes navigation much easier for me
