The Homing Beacon isnt working correctly. I restarted it and it comes up every time prompting me for my user info. Even after I have entered it.

And it keeps saying:

service not reachable
ip unknown
disconnected

I downloaded the program again and selected Repair upon installation and it is doing the same thing. Does any one know what is wrong? I am running winxp sp2 with Apache

Once I manually get it up and running it will update but when selecting \"Check IP\" I get:

1:05:43 PM: 200 Successful Update
1:08:58 PM: Querying IP address.
1:08:58 PM: IP detectors error!
1:08:58 PM: No valid ip found, waiting for next interval.
