Cracked CD for Location Free PC software

My CD cracked when I took it out of the DVD case. I am having all sorts of problems getting to the right people at Sony to get a replacement CD. I tried using the 2 serial numbers that came with it on the Demo download software but the install said the serial numbers are invalid (I think the demo version is older). Anyone know who I can contact for a replacement CD or if an updated version is available for download that will work with my serial numbers?

What you should do is return it to Sony and get refunded and then place an order for another one. Since it broke in the DVD holder, it should not be your fault. Good luck!

But getting hold of the right people at Sony is difficult. The TV people don't know anything about it. Supposedly the PC people will call me Tuesday but I'm not going to hold my breath.

If you ordered it online, you can go into your account, click on Return and it will walk you through the process. No people needed. Hehe.. I knew they would be confused as far as departments handling support for that product.

In the end I wound up ordering a new one from the sony site and using the 30 day return that is available from the sonystyle site for 30 days. I just kept the new one and returned the cracked one.
