Help Setup Please

I had so many problems setting this up using the japanese version. But I got it up and running..only thing is I got it up and running on my PC and I need it to be on my wifes laptop. It seems like only one serial for one PC can be register to the base. Is there any way I can fix this? Its the weekend now and the office is closed in Japan so theres no way I can call to have someone work on the base station.

Hi,
Unfortunately you will need to delete registration from your PC and add it to your wife's notebook, because there is no way around to use one serial on two computers, unless you buy one more. In the States they sell 2 i believe with a software purchase.

thanks for the reply, what i mean is i dont　want it installed on my computer i was just trying to figure out how to install it and i got it succesfully installed on mine. once i figured out what was the problem was i uninstalled it and tried installing on the lap top but i was getting a message that registration from the base station is being denied. i tried to install from another comp and still the same message..i went back to my comp installed and it worked succesfully.

OK, I see. Merely uninstalling the software does not do much, what you need to do is to delete the registration of your PC from the Base Station. Access the setup page via your Internet Explorer (see the manual if you are not sure how) and delete the registration. Install the software on your wife's notebook, and register it all over again with the Base Station like you did before. That's it. Hope it helps!

thanks that did the trick..but i still want to know how to use the same cd serial on a seprate computer. so i can watch from as well as the office without having to get a new cd.

So when you install the same software with the same serial key on a different computer it gives you an error? If so it is very strange because it should allow you to install it anyways....

i can install it on any computer..but when i try to connect to the base station it says...registration was denied from the base station.
