During my time as a customer of ChangeIP, I've frequently recommended you to others on the basis that you provide excellent support. This also seems to be a deliberate selling point:
"What sets us apart from all other Dynamic DNS providers is that we support our products and our customers." (from your "Support" web site).
"Please use the Support Forums to find answers to common questions. This is the best method of support since all other members will benefit from the conversation." (from the same page)
In the past, your support was truly amazing.
Yet, questions in these forums seem to remain unanswered.
I'm sure many stay with you (like I do) since, frankly, there isn't that much else to complain about. But if you do not intend to actively monitor the traffic on these forums, please state so clearly. It's perfectly Ok, even generous, to have a free bulletin board for users, where they can exchange ideas and experiences - but make sure never to commit to a level of service you cannot deliver.
Regards,

Yes, you are right. These forums were originally intended to replace the support email - but most users do not like forums and typically just send us an email anyhow. We will change the wording on the support site that shows this is a user to user forum only.
Thanks for letting us know your thoughts -we love to hear comments and suggestions as it helps us provide you guys a better service.
