I purchased a domain transfer that failed, or at least it said it failed. I waited and waited for the situation to be resolved. I emailed and didn't get a response. I called twice and didn't get a call back. Then after that the domain name I have been using since I signed up quit working, I tried to call tech support and it told me that the number was disconnected.
Now I have switched to another company and am going to cancel my account. Please advise me how you are going to rectify the situation and refund my money. If you have any questions the invoice number that shows the charges is 43015. |
