I have tried for weeks to contact changeip through email and phone with no response. I have been with ChangeIP for many years and recomended countless people to changeip. That will stop today and I will be looking for a new company. I have been charged for the domains yearly fee that I have had for years and have lost it because no one will help me clear it up. The support was not like this in the begining!
