I currently am using your dynamic DNS service for both e-mail and application-specific routing. I have my domain name registered with register.com and pointing DNS directly to change IP.com. My issue is that I have my web site@register.com. Once I registered on your DNS server it obviously took down my web page. Can I have register.com as the main DNS location (www.mydomain.com) and forward the aliases and mx recs through your server to my home server(myapplicationserver.mydomain.com)? How should I accomplish this using ddns?

Since most other DNS providers will not give you a 30s TTL on your records (needed for Dynamic DNS) you can do it in reverse. Make us the authoritative DNS provider, and then point the WWW and MX records back to register.com's IP address. You can find the IP address they are serving up by querying their NS records with nslookup. If you need help post here and we'll help you figure it out.
