My isp recently stopped allowing outbound traffic on port 25. I need to get my outbound email back online, but I am not looking for redundant mail servers or store and forward. I simply want to be able to add a smart host and have my email delivered for all the domains in my changeip account. What is my best option and how do I get started.

You can signup for standard pop3/smtp and use it to relay only. Just add a mailbox and password and that's what you can use for SMTP AUTH. Even though you've setup a POP3 box, you don't have to use it for inbound. We just need a way to track quotas as well as give you a login/password for relaying.

What service plan do I need to set up? What quotas do I need to be concerned with? Or, more precisely, how do you tract quotas as they relate to relaying only?
