I set up the base station and reconfigured my router as directed. I ran the test which said I was correctly set up. Now a probably stupid question, what do I do to access my base station over the internet with my PSP so I can watch TV from a remote location?

Well, have you registered your PSP & LF Base? Your PSP needs to be updated to the latest version (2.60). Once they registered hop online wth your PSP and choose LF Player, it should connect to your Base. I also emailed you.
