A new version of the Dynamic SMTP Assistant has just been posted.

This latest build includes the ability to specify an 'Ignore List'. Any email addresses that you don't want it to review can be bypassed completely. If you are an existing user you can simply restart the application and it will perform the upgrade automatically.
