Please help.

My wireless connection is working fine. My LocationFree connection drops every couple minutes. I've noticed that all three leds (wireless, network and net AV) go blank then flash several times. Noticed that pings to device drop then this happens.

Any ideas as to why?

I have 2 guesses ...

1) If you're using wireless to connect to it, maybe its losing connectivity to the access point during low signal stengths. If the same thing doesn't happen using wired then I would think it's the wireless connection.

2) It's going bad.

I would lean towards #1. Maybe you can give more information about how its networked?

the signal strength doesnt degrade past 68% - been watching it closely.

Is the LF box plugged into a wired connection? If it is and it is losing a connection, try using a sniffer program like Wireshark (it's free, just do a search for it) to see what is happening on your network. You must have the computer used for monitoring and the LF going through a HUB, not a switch to see all the packets.
