I wana setup your service with a exchange 2003 server, i wana use you server as a primary mx and use it to foward my mail from exchange to the changeip.com server. and changeip.com to the internet, and viceversa

i just wana know if its possible because when i send mail now other mail server are rejecting my mail because i got a public ip adress and its blocked by antispam sofware...
