Rod,
We are a GeoTrust partner for SSL certificates. We do not believe in paying the VeriSign/Thawte high prices for simple web encryption. We also do not believe you need to wait for days on end to get your certificate.
We have a system that can get you the SSL certificates usually within 10-15 minutes. This system uses the GeoTrust method of validating the owner of the domain - by emailing the actual owner at their email address and asking for approval. Other SSL providers have to see your business license, D & B, etc to validate you are the owner of the domain.
All we need to know are the following to start the process:
1 - The list of FQDN's to generate certificates for.
2 - Make sure that the admin contact for the domain (whois) can receive their email at that address listed.
3 - What type of web server you are using.
4 - Payment instructions.
Each SSL certificate is $159 for 1 year. I believe there are discounts for multiple years, I can followup on that.
FYI - ChangeIP.com has been using an SSL certificate from GeoTrust (Equifax) for over 3 years now.
