SMTP relay ordering

Hello
I been using DDNS from changeip.com for sometimes now.
I need to be able to send emails using my SMTP server . however, the Port 25 is been blocked by my ISP.
I like to use the service provided by change ip. but i have no access to credit card. I like to know if there are any other payment options such as moneyorder, cashier checks etc.

I need this relay just to test my scripts :cry:

everything seems to be working except my mail , thus users can activate thier registrations :oops:

Hello,

You can email payment via PayPal to PayPal@ChangeIP.com. You can also send payment via usmail to the address listed on the bottom of our site. Make sure to include your UserID so that we know who to apply the payment to.
