I have a free domain A.myserver.org already . Now I need to set up a new one, for example B.myserver.org.

It seems like I can run the DynamicDNS.exe twice manually. But how can I let them run automaticlly after the PC startup? or, any other idea?

The MyServer.org free service does not allow this. You can however switch your settings over to ChangeIP.com and pick up to 7 free hostnames under the same account.
