Does anyone know the pros or cons on either Slingbox or LFTV.

I haven't seen anything about the LFTV with DirectTV and TIVO. Can you have multiple computers viewing at the same time? Is the remote in LFTV able to adapt to TIVO?

If you had a choice, would you buy it again? I am very interested but just trying to justify the extra $100.00 for LFTV instead of Slingbox.

There are a few pros n cons depending on which model of LFTV you wanna buy. It looks like you are more interested in LF-PK1, the LF Pak. You won't be able to stream Video content to multiple computers at the same time. I think you should be able to remote control your TIVO. I'd suggest visiting this site and learn more about Sony, in FAQ it has an answer about the difference between Slingmedia and LFTV.

P.S. You can get a $50 rebate on LF-PK1 now. I have two units LF-X5 & LF-X11 as well as LF-PK1, so I guess I stayed with Sony.
