I've been reading forums today to resolve a problem. Sounds like you all handle things pretty well from my point of view. Most everyone seems satisfied with your service.
That said, I'd like to make a suggestion. I'm new to the dyn-IP scene, always hosted my mail/www on static before.
I set up store and forward, and it worked until the first IP change. Then it stopped.
The reason was that while I had changed all my IP settings on the \"My Account\" page, I did not know the dSMTP changes were not made in the background.
Might you add a line to the status page that shows if dsmtp is enabled on this account, and what the status is? Storage purchased/available, smarthost settings, etc?
