I would like to connect my base unit to my router in a difrent room. I tried adding a linksys wirelss bridge with no luck. I know the bridge is working because i can use other devices on it. The \"network\" LED on the base unit just blinks green. And if i run a ethernet cable directly from the router to the bridge then the base unit does connect. What am i doing wrong? Has anyone had any success with one?

It should be possible, I think you got some settings mixed up. Is your Base setup to Wired Mode (assuming that the bridge is connected to Base's network RJ-45)?

I am not familiar with the wireless bridge, so can't help you there. Sony suggests to use a wireless game adapter, and that does work. The locationfree unit needs to be set to a static IP address, the game adapter wants to be in Infrastructure mode (i.e., not set to a particular channel). There is a polarity switch on the game adapter. Perhaps there is something here you can use/try...
