 Post subject: Greylisting causing delays

I use Premier Global / Fax2Mail for receiving. My faxes have been taking hours to arrive. They checked the problem and tell me that the ChangeIP server has greylisted their servers and even though their servers keep attempting to send the emails, the ChangeIP servers keep replying that that the server is busy, try again. (Also, I have vendor contacts from Chevron whose emails keep mysteriously disappearing. I have a feeling it's also due to greylisting.) Is there anything that can be done to fix this? I already put in a trouble ticket earlier today. But the track record of response to those tickets gives me the feelign I'll never hear back from support anyway. So... what can be doen to fix this?
