I just started a new position and our DNS server is in rough shape...

We have an old windows 2000 domain controller that is also running DNS, DHCP and a bunch of other things.

I built a new server with Windows 2003 standard edition and also made this a domain controller. I want to make this our new DNS server and have it replicate with the windows 2000 box for redundancy. So in case that box crashes my users could still browse the web...

What is the best way to accomplish this? Keeping in mind that I don't have to shut down the old DNS\\Windows 2000 domain controller. I just want to point all our users to the new 2003 DC.

Thanks in advance for your help!
