Hi,

We have a storage & Forward mail account. Mail is normally forwarded to our email server - however we just had a HD crash. And the backup machine is not working for some reason.

Is there a way to forward the mail to another account untilwe get the problem fixed?

Thanks

Store and forward will tag each message as it arrives here. If using MX delivery it will simply keep trying your MX until its back up. If using smarthost, this smarthost value gets put into the headers of the individual messages. Then, on an interval, each message will try to get delivered to that smarthost. If you change the smarthost after the fact the already queued messages will not get changed. You should _always_ use a hostname for the smarthost, this way you can update the hostnames IP address and it will cruise right along.

If you are using MX record lookups you can just change your MX records temporarily.
