 Post subject: HomingBeacon application will not open

I have installed the HomingBeacon software on several laptops. However, on a couple of them the application launches, we see it on the taskbar, but we can't get it to open. We need to make some changes to the configuration, but since it won't open, we can't. We have tried everything we can think of. Reboot, un-install/re-install, Maximize Window, Update application priority, etc... w/o success. Any suggestions?

This is due to a bug where it stores the position of the window offscreen possibly. Can you tell me which version you are running (3.0.0.9)?

You can try deleting the user.config file (entire directory is fine) and see if it re-inits. If this fixes it, open one up thats bad and paste in here:

C:\Documents and Settings\<YOURUSERNAME>Local Settings\Application Data\ChangeIP.com\<SOMEDIR>\<VERSION>\user.config
