HomingBeacon DNS does not update press "Force update"

Hello!
My pc is on 24/7

I am really interested in DNS, helpful for remote desktop!
But I can'tmake my Homing beacon work..
Test:
run the program
manually unplug and plug back the ADSL
it reconnects automatically, new dynamic ip. in about 2 minutes HB client shows new ipon my screen.
BUT i can not see it from separate outside pc, as if I was far far away, and need to get my current ip which I don't know.

It updates only if i press "Force update" on HB client locally.

Please help!!!!
leaving soon. Need get that thing working.
