I had problem during installing my Locationfree at home in Hong Kong.

Model : LF-V30

I followed the instructions to install and I think there was an error appearing in step 4. I could only hear sound but no video was shown as below. There specified "No video signal". I then continued and completed the installation.

When running the Locationfree Player, there was still only sound without video. How can I fix it?

Is the "box" located in Hong Kong? Are you feeding an NTSC or PAL signal into it? Is the "box" you are using designed for that video signal?
